Josh is a Licensed Clinical Social worker. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Masters of Social Work from Louisiana State University. Josh has worked with many populations internationally and locally. He first became aware of his passion and desire to help others while in high school. Since then he has traveled to China, India and Venezuela to support and counsel those in need. He currently serves as Dean of Students at a local Charter School were he works closely with students and their families to ensure that not only their academic but social and emotional needs are being met.

His experiences have included working in various Partial Hospitalization and Intensive outpatient clinics, college counseling centers and community based intervention services. It is his belief that healing begins with self-awareness and vulnerability. It is Josh’s hope and desire to be a guide for those who are searching and attempting to find a voice amidst their pain. He focuses on children (ages 5 and older) and adolescent issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, men’s issues, anger/defiance, couples, internationals, family members of those with mental illness, adjustments to changes of life, family systems and group therapy.

Josh is happily married to his wife Allyson. They love to go on adventures, hang out with friends and ride bikes. They are actively involved in their church, where they serve on the prayer team.
