I see a wide range of clients and am most excited about clients who are eager to see positive change in their lives. I usually work with women, young professionals, new mothers, college students, and couples. In addition, I see many clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. As a Christian therapist, I believe that faith plays an integral role in our healing and wholeness, and I welcome conversations about your faith – whether you are new to faith, questioning, a devout believer, or somewhere in between.

With me, you will find a safe and welcoming space for you to talk about any topic without judgment. I strive to create an atmosphere of safety, comfort, and authenticity in counseling because I find that it’s often easier to walk the path towards healing when we walk it with someone we trust. I am always interested in finding ways to use the strengths you already have and to collaborate with you.

Together, we will explore the issues that are challenging you and work towards creating the kinds of change that you would like to see in your life. I see clients in individual, couple, and family sessions.

Wherever you are on your journey, I am here to build new possibilities with you.

I offer both video and in-person sessions.

On a More Personal Note:

I have always been curious about why we believe, think, and act the way that we do and how the people and circumstances in our lives affect us. I became a believer during college and spent several summers and years living working at a Christian outdoor adventure camp. While at camp, my curiosity grew to be intertwined with a deep compassion for every person’s need to seek healing, change, and growth. So I left the camping industry to pursue counseling in order to help other people create lasting and meaningful change in their lives.

I met my husband of almost 7 years at camp and we have two sons.
