Chad Treadaway

Chad was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from Louisiana State University in 2009,
receiving the Distinguished Service Learning Award. He and his wife, Kaci, were married in 2010 and
have two young boys. They are faithful members of First Presbyterian Church Baton Rouge.
Chad is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Executive Coach (CLDS), and Energy Leadership Index –
Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching as well as a
Certified Human Resources Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society of Human Resource
Management. Additionally, in 2022 Chad completed LSU’s Leadership and Management Program.
